Hydraulic oil is the "blood" of the hydraulic system. High water content, high content of solid particles, high-temperature oxidation and deterioration of oil will cause its quality decline, equipment failure and shutdown accident. Therefore, the correct use and management of hydraulic oil plays an important role in ensuring the safe, efficient and stable operation of the hydraulic system.
1. Follow up and monitor the hydraulic oil on a regular basis to prevent the oil from working under high temperature, otherwise, it will cause oxidation and deterioration of the oil, resulting in the formation of sludge and carbon deposit.
2. The hydraulic oil shall be kept clean during storage, transportation and filling to avoid oil pollution.
3. Regularly sample and analyze the oil, test the viscosity, acid value, water content and other key physical and chemical indexes of the oil, and establish relevant record accounts.
4. Regularly replace the oil filter element, filter the solid particles such as iron chips and sealing rubber chips generated by the relative movement of components in the system, and ensure the cleanliness of the oil.
5. Establish a regular oil replacement system, and change the hydraulic oil regularly according to the visual inspection and physical and chemical analysis indexes of the oil. Pay attention to the following precautions when changing oil:
A. Oil products from different manufacturers and brands shall not be mixed.
B. The oil change time shall be arranged during the training period as far as possible.
C. When changing the oil, empty the original oil and clean the oil tank completely.
